To be upfront about my fees - free consultation and information gathering approx. 30 min. £60 for the first session and £50 for consecutive sessions. Smoking cessation fees £250. Addiction 4 week programme £1000. To be open to feedback about how I can improve my service. Between sessions of following the last session I may contact you with further information that I feel may be relevant to your treatment. You can withdraw your agreement to this at any time by email to marie.milfordhypnotherapy@gmail.com. Your personal information is held in the strictest confidence in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2018. I am committed to ensuring that your personal data is secure- see my privacy policy. . I hold and use client data in order to provide you with the best possible treatment options and support. . All data is held for a minimum of 7 years. . The information I hold will include contact details, ongoing session details and notes, medical history. I will not share this information with anyone else unless you have given me explicit consent. Exceptions to this are where you have shared information that leads me to believe that there may be a risk to yourself or another person. Or I am legally obligated. Your commitment to me - To be open and honest at all times. To share with me immediately if you have any concerns about working together. To provide a minimum of 24hrs notice if you are unable to attend an appointment either by text or email. To understand that if you arrive late to your appointment the appointment will end at the agreed time and the full fee applies. To understand that achieving positive outcomes will require effort from you and willingness for change. To listen regularly to any recordings you are given and practice any techniques or tasks that are agreed. You are free to leave a course of therapy, with appropriate notice as above at any time. To commit to valuing and prioritising your appointments. Be aware that no therapist can offer a guarantee but with your focus and commitment hypnotherapy is a powerful and effective way to support you to make changes you desire.
Whilst all unconscious mind techniques can provide highly effective results and great levels of success in emotional and physical pain changes, results cannot be guaranteed.
